Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is a stand up and ground-based martial art, using leverage, pressure and timing to achieve a non-violent submission of an opponent.

At 150 Grappling, we are committed to offering jiu jitsu programs custom fit to the needs, goals and experience level of each student. With classes for both children and adults, beginners and experienced practitioners, we offer something for everyone.

At 150 Grappling you will find jiu jitsu training and instruction, solidly grounded in the principles of the martial art and grappling taught through and organized curriculum and class structure. There is a welcoming community of like-minded and people, who seek to improve their skills in Jiu Jitsu as well as themselves on and off the mats.
