Classes are created to prepare you to excel on and off of the mats. World class training can help you achieve the results you strive for.


Adult Classes

Adult classes are designed to focus on the core techniques since every Brazilian Jiu Jitsu practitioner must know the fundamentals. Through this program, students will improve their overall jiu jitsu knowledge, improve their movement and coordination, and scale up to more advanced jiu jitsu techniques. All students – from white belt to black belt, juvenile to senior – are encouraged to participate in this program.


Adult Novice Classes

The Novice Program was created to ensure that all newer students begin their Brazilian Jiu Jitsu journey with a strong foundation. The curriculum focuses on body movement and coordination as well as introductory techniques from every position. These core concepts are foundational and will aid in the student’s early development.


Kids Classes (5-13 yrs)

This program is designed to build a strong foundation in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and improve their coordination, movement, and agility. Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is good for focus, discipline and confidence thru instructions and grappling. Students will also receive a comprehensive overview of all positions and techniques in the beginner and fundamental curriculum, as well as an introduction to the more advanced jiu jitsu curriculum. Students will drill a significant amount of core jiu jitsu concepts and ideas.


Additional Membership Types: These memberships fall into the adult and novice programs.


High School Athlete Membership

This program is intended to get high school students on the mats in the off-season. 150 Grappling’s Brazilian Jiu Jitsu program is repetition and timer-based with the goal of building the skill and endurance learn grappling. The system was created by Coach Logan Yox, collegiate wrestler (McDaniel); high school coach (Liberty and Westminster); college coach (McDaniel); and Black Belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. This membership runs for 4 or 8 months. Click on the button below, fill out the contact form, and type “high school” in the comment section. College Summer Membership

If you are a college student who is home for the summer and looking to learn or continue to train in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu for the a few months, this program is for you.

There are two membership options with the College Program: Summer (May-August) or Summer plus winter break. Show us your current college I.D. and get started. Click the button below, fill out the contact form, and type “college” in the comment section.
